Styling Blockquotes with CSS Psudo Elements

Pete Freitag have a very nice approach for blockquotes using CSS Psudo Elements. Unfortunately this doesn't work for IE7 users as it doesn't support fully CSS2, but I find it very neat way to do it using the :before and :after psudo elements.

The result should be something like this :
